We could wait 'til next week for a superbowl sale but what the heck, let's do it this weekend instead.
First, the sale is throughout the store.... 15 to 70% percent off everything.... yarns, fabrics, needles, hooks, books, and bags. Sale starts today Friday.
Next, (as if that wasn't enough), we have some classes this weekend.
Saturday: Learn to sew an aline skirt. This is really easy. a couple of pieces of fabric, a zipper and some thread and you'll have a new skirt for spring. The class meets at noon on Saturday. Call or email to reserve a seat (marie@marieconnolly.com)
Sunday: Cabled Handwarmers Week 2: We had a full house last week of knitters learning how to knit on double points, in the round and cable. So this weekend, we will continue on the same pattern and learn to make thumbs and finish. Slow to start? don't worry, join us anyway. You can also start and we're here to make sure you finish with grace!
So, see you over the weekend. The sale starts on Friday (just in case we are all snowed in on Saturday).
