What's the final measurement of the square (when can I stop!)?

so after you make your test swatch. cast on for your actual square. Squares should be 12" wide by 12" long.

if you are using a worsted weight yarn like Aurora 8, most people at the class cast on between 43 and 51 for a 12" square. If you are using a bulky like BLUE SKY, cast on either 19 or 27 for your square.
Good luck! see you February!
