You might try this pattern out. It's not as hard as it looks and it's a beautiful piece. I'm knitting my sweater. The medallion took 6 hours to knit. And the shawl is very fun to knit. It's interesting to make the shawl because the shape is made by working 4 different stitches that have varying row gauge. This makes for a beautiful drape. We have tons of skinny cotton so come on in.
