New Shepherd Sock in Georgetown
Not sure what do with your new sock yarn? Join us on December 3rd, 10th, and 17th (Wednesdays) for Cuff Down Socks with Magic Loop! This class is perfect for the beginning sock knitter, as well as people with more experience but who want to try a new technique. Call the Georgetown store (202-333-KNIT) to reserve your spot! If you want to pick up supplies in advance, you'll need about 100 grams of fingering weight yarn (2 hanks of Shepherd Sock) and a size 0 or 1 circular, at least 32" inches long.
Not in a sock mood? Sometimes you don't want to keep the pretty colors around your feet. Check out this great new scarf and hat set from the brand new online magazine, TwistCollective.com: Elissa by Amy O'Neill Houck. Because crochet hooks aren't just for picking up dropped stitches anymore!
